The
Pueblo Riverwalk comprises 32 acres in the heart of Pueblo, a perfect place to go for a stroll, visit shops or restaurants, view sculptures or enjoy one of the many events held in downtown Pueblo throughout the year. You can also take a relaxing boat or gondola ride on the river. Visiting the
Sangre de Cristo Art Center, I saw an exhibit of photos of the riverwalk area 'before and after' the revitalization effort. It was stunning to see the transformation. The city has done an amazing job of making this area the centerpiece of a revitalized Pueblo and an area the community can take great pride in.
